With our local resources we can be the “boots on the ground” for all your STR needs. We provide in-person services to ensure your guest has the best possible experience and to give you the peace of mind your investment is well managed and maintained. Check out what’s included in our co-hosting package. We also have special add-ons so your guest knows you are dedicated to making their vacation extra special.

• 24/7 service calls (emergencies, reset door code, cable/internet service, etc.)
• Direct contact with guests as needed
• Home maintenance management (i.e. lightbulbs, appliances, batteries, thermostat checks, filters, etc.)
• Facilitate maintenance appointments as needed
• Pre and post inclement weather preparation (patio furniture, windows, etc.)
• Monthly Check-ins
• *Special Add-Ons: grocery delivery, crib/furniture delivery, beach items, couples massage, private dinner, etc.
